Marketing Coordinator / Web Specialist

High Point Networks seeks a full-time Marketing Coordinator to serve our clients.

Position Overview:

The position of Marketing Coordinator will design, develop and implement digital and print communications for campaigns, advertising, website, social media and events. Business writing skills are important to the success of this position. The position will also include some event planning and coordination.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Web development skills, creating online forms, managing website files, SEO, Website analytics

  • Managing and posting to social media tools: Twitter, Youtube, Facebook, Google+, Linkedin, Blogs

  • Writing for collateral, press releases, web, case studies

  • Execute communications, timelines, build documents and reporting with marketing campaigns

  • Design print ads for brand awareness in magazines, newspaper and other publications

  • Work with our vendor partner portals to manage digital assets for co-branded projects

  • Assure digital-based information and assets are archived for future needs and reference

  • Lead hosted marketing events: scheduling, developing invitations, registration, communication with attendees and vendors, post-event documentation

  • Assist with registration, booth equipment and resources for Sales to attend trade shows/events

  • Other duties as assigned

  • Understanding of design principles, theory of color, layout of elements

  • Business writing skills

  • Microsoft Office skills

  • Phone and email skills

  • Limited travel to remote office locations

  • MySQL database skills preferred, but not required

  • Photography and Video Editing skills preferred, but not required

  • Adobe InDesign skills preferred, but not required
