Two Major Technology Companies Sign Letter of Intent

High Point Networks signs letter of intent to acquire the Value Added Reseller Division of EarthBend, LLC

July 10, 2017 – West Fargo, ND – High Point Networks, announced their intent to purchase the assets and operations of the South Dakota based Value Added Reseller division of EarthBend, LLC. The EarthBend acquisition and integration of employees into the High Point Networks family will allow the organization to better serve their operating markets. The EarthBend team comes with a solid foundation of trust in the information technology industry and the newly joined teams will provide unmatched technology offerings. Customers will benefit greatly from the added services and technical expertise the company provides.

This acquisition includes all assets and employees across the VAR business units of EarthBend’s Minnesota & South Dakota locations.  They will join High Point Networks to become one of the largest technology resource teams in the region. EarthBend, LLC will retain their Value Added Distributor and newly launched EB 360 cloud divisions.

High Point Network moves up 4 places to #381 in CRN SP500

High Point Networks, “Always Connected”, announced it has been named to The Channel Company’s 2017 CRN® Solution Provider 500. The SP500 list is CRN’s annual ranking of the largest technology integrators, solution providers and IT consultants in North America by revenue. Solution providers are ranked based on revenue, determined by product and services sales during 2016.  High Point Networks placed #381 in the annual ranking, moving up 4 places from last year’s list.

Top Employees Honored for 2016

High Point Networks honored its top employees at its annual meeting and company party on January 21, 2016 at the Avalon Events Center in Fargo, ND.

Tom McDougall, President & CEO, talked about the successes of the past year to all employees and guests in attendance, followed by a set of honors to top acheivers in the company.

High Point Networks announces new Detroit Lakes, MN office location

High Point Networks announces its expansion into the Minnesota market with a new office location in Detroit Lakes.

High Point Network’s steady growth in the region now gives SMB and enterprise level customers a location in the Minnesota market local access to High Point’s products and professional services.

“We believe there’s no better way to build solid, long term relationships with our customers than to bring our resources into Minnesota with our new Detroit Lakes location which allow us to better serve our Minnesota customer base even better,” states Chris Reep, an Account Manager for High Point Networks.

The Detroit Lakes location will offer High Point’s complete portfolio of IT solutions. Detroit Lakes will be staffed with experienced sales, service and accounting staff, to give the Minnesota market immediate access to the best solutions to solve real challenges and provide measurable return on investment.

“High Point Networks already has a good footprint in Minnesota and we have a good representation of our workforce residing in Minnesota, it only made sense that we position ourselves to be better known in the territory through this additional office location, commented Kelly Schlauderaff, Chief Financial Officer,” High Point Networks.

The new office opened its doors on December 19 at 910 Lincoln Ave. #6 in Detroit Lakes.
