Top Employees Honored for 2016
High Point Networks honored its top employees at its annual meeting and company party on January 21, 2016 at the Avalon Events Center in Fargo, ND.
Tom McDougall, President & CEO, talked about the successes of the past year to all employees and guests in attendance, followed by a set of honors to top acheivers in the company.

LEWIS & CLARK AWARD
The Lewis & Clark Award recognizes an individual who explored new markets and new technologies in order to achieve their goals and increase HPN market share.
Recipient: Matt Peabody, Systems Engineer (West Fargo)
The Growth Award recognizes the person who has shown the most growth in the past year. The growth can be knowledge on products, certifications, or sales. But most importantly, growth as a person.

OUSTANDING NEW COMER AWARD
The Outstanding New Comer Award is for an individual who is new to High Point Networks, and has made an immediate impact. This individual has taken the initiative to dig-in to learn new technology, processes, tools and systems in order to increase or maintain our level of customer and employee satisfaction.

EXTRA MILE AWARD
High Point Networks strives to achieve the highest level of service with its customers, vendors and team members. The Extra Mile Award recognizes an individual who makes every interaction count by going above and beyond what is expected of them.

High Point Network annouces new Detroit Lakes, MN office location
High Point Networks announces its expansion into the Minnesota market with a new office location in Detroit Lakes.
High Point Network’s steady growth in the region now gives SMB and enterprise level customers a location in the Minnesota market local access to High Point’s products and professional services.
“We believe there’s no better way to build solid, long term relationships with our customers than to bring our resources into Minnesota with our new Detroit Lakes location which allow us to better serve our Minnesota customer base even better,” states Chris Reep, an Account Manager for High Point Networks.
The Detroit Lakes location will offer High Point’s complete portfolio of IT solutions. Detroit Lakes will be staffed with experienced sales, service and accounting staff, to give the Minnesota market immediate access to the best solutions to solve real challenges and provide measurable return on investment.
“High Point Networks already has a good footprint in Minnesota and we have a good representation of our workforce residing in Minnesota, it only made sense that we position ourselves to be better known in the territory through this additional office location, commented Kelly Schlauderaff, Chief Financial Officer,” High Point Networks.

High Point Network moves up 32 places to #385 in CRN SP500
High Point Networks, “Always Connected”, announced it has been named to The Channel Company’s 2016 CRN® Solution Provider 500. The SP500 list is CRN’s annual ranking of the largest technology integrators, solution providers and IT consultants in North America by revenue. Solution providers are ranked based on revenue, determined by product and services sales during 2015. High Point Networks placed #385 in the annual ranking, moving up 32 places from last year’s list.

Jeremy Wyland earns Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification
High Point Networks, headquartered in West Fargo, announced that Jeremy Wyland has earned his Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification through the Project Management Institute. Wyland earned his Certification in March of 2016.
Wyland has been a member of the Project Management team with High Point Networks since February of 2014. He has been working in the industry as a project manager for 16 years.
Wyland earned his MBA from the University of Sioux Falls in 2004 and his Facility Management degree from North Dakota State University in 1999.
He and his family reside in Glyndon, MN.
