DEFINITION OF COVERED ITEM DETAILS

  • Configuration and management of the SonicWALL CGSS Bundle (Intrusion prevention, Gateway Anti-Virus, Anti-Spyware, Content Filtering and Capture ATP).

  • Next business day replacement of all defective equipment.

  • Midterm hardware upgrade - after 24 months the customer is entitled to a rip and replace upgrade of hardware due to growing needs. The customer monthly payment will be adjusted to reflect the newer, larger hardware. Installation fees will apply (renewal for 24 months at time of midterm upgrade).

  • Lifetime upgrades - customer will receive a hardware upgrade before end of support on equipment as long as a continued contract is in place (contract extension required).

  • Third party products are defined as service providers or partners that need to integrate with or through the firewall.

Because our focused and experienced staff has access to our online monitoring tool, the task of reporting and maintenance is streamlined. In addition, standard level managed service provides access to our team of highly experienced SonicWALL certified engineers who can assist with any network security threats found from using the ongoing network monitoring system. Our FWaaS customers rest assured knowing that should an incident occur, we will be on top of it.

PROMPT EQUIPMENT REPLACEMENT.
The failure rate of SonicWALL products is exceedingly low, but it happens. Once we have determined that a problem is related to the physical appliance, we will configure a replacement exactly to your specifications and ship it out for overnight weekday delivery. While this is a rare occurrence, know that you can purchase with 100% confidence in SonicWALL, guaranteed.

PROACTIVE FIRMWARE UPDATES.
There is no need to go searching for firmware updates that might be “minor” but still imperative for the most efficient performance of your network security system. Often, we know about pending firmware updates well before their release. Updates are automatically deployed with our Standard level of managed service, usually without any disruption at all.

Our engineers have performed configuration, troubleshooting and support for hundreds of SonicWALL security appliances, proving that our team of SonicWALL certified engineers has the ability to understand your changing business needs.
