He holds a Bachelor of Science degree from South Dakota State University and an M.B.A in Technology Management from Colorado Technical University. Dean also served as an Adjunct Professor of Computer Science for 5 years at CTU. He is a subject matter expert for HPN’s Mitel and Voice360 product offerings.
