West-Tech Communications Becomes High Point Networks

High Point Networks announced the completion of its acquisition of Colorado-based value-added reseller West-Tech Communications. The West-Tech Communications purchase accomplishes the High Point Networks’ mission to expand further into the Colorado region. Customers will benefit greatly from the expanded services and technical expertise the newly joined companies provide.

What’s Next for West-Tech?

The acquisition was final today, November 1, 2018, and includes the purchase of all assets and full-time employees of West-Tech Communications. They will join High Point Networks as the ninth location across a five-state region with its corporate headquarters out of West Fargo, ND.
