  • Tell us about Elder Grove School’s relationship with High Point Networks.

    I have been doing business with HPN for 5 years. I am an IT department of one and part-time tech assistant for a school district with 630 students and 73 staff. I use HPN to help me with the higher-level work that I don’t always have time or the expertise for. They are an integral part of my team.

  • What challenge(s) did the solution that was implemented solve for Elder Grove School?

    Originally, we had planned to upgrade our aging system after the school year started, but during construction of our playground, our old system was damaged which caused us to have to replace it sooner than anticipated. In addition, we had to train all our staff. High Point Networks also helped me connect the phones to the speaker system to replace an old system that was cut during a construction project.
